IRSC can provide all your service needs related to repossession and re-marketing of your assets.
After a fully completed Repossession Order is received along with all supporting documentation, one of our bailiffs will begin the process of taking possession of your asset or security. Once the security is obtained we will confirm it is secured. At the time of repossession, our bailiff will serve a ‘Notice of Intention to Sell’ on the debtor and any other person(s) having an interest in the security. If the notice(s) cannot be served it will be sent by registered mail, unless the client prefers to send the notice(s) themselves.
IRSC records and secures all personal effects found in or with the asset or security at the time of the seizure. Once completed we will add the asset(s) to our inventory, at which time a condition report and an appraisal are prepared and sent to the client, if required. IRSC stores all repossessed vehicles at a secure location until a sale is completed.
Repossessed Assets are marketed toward ‘End Buyers’ rather than ‘Resellers’, attracting enhanced recoveries through the sale of assets. Our ‘Online Marketing’ provides the opportunity to attract a wide variety of public buyers.
From time to time we may have a special request or requirements related to repossession and we are always open to discuss such necessities. We aim to have all debtors remove their personal effects, license plates, and insurance (if applicable). We ensure to obtain keys and registration, and have the debtor(s) sign transfer forms and a Voluntary Surrender whenever possible.
